About the position

The MIND RN Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all clinical activities within the MUSC Institute of Neuroscience Discovery (MIND). This role involves collaboration with various stakeholders across multiple facilities to develop and enhance assigned programs. The Program Manager leads programmatic staff and provides expertise to support strategic operations across all markets.

Responsibilities

• Ensure program adherence to safety, regulatory, certification, and accreditation standards.
• Provide leadership to achieve desired outcomes and promote effective interdisciplinary collaboration.
• Lead and participate in quality initiatives, performance improvement, and research activities.
• Facilitate professional development of direct reports to enhance patient care quality.
• Act as a liaison between departments, communicating patient support needs and opportunities for improvement.
• Demonstrate accountability for professional competency and growth.

Requirements

• Valid RN License required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Four years of related work experience as a registered nurse required.
• One year of supervisory or management experience in a nursing setting preferred.
• Master's degree in a relevant field preferred.
