About the position

Springs Charter Schools is seeking passionate and creative Music Teachers to join their team across various sites in Riverside County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive environment within the largest charter school in the nation, recognized for its commitment to personalized learning and positive discipline. The role involves teaching music to students from grades TK-12 and contributing to a vibrant educational community.

Responsibilities

• Teach music to students in grades TK-12 at various sites within Riverside County.
• Develop and implement engaging music curriculum and lesson plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Collaborate with other educators and staff to support student learning and development.
• Participate in school events and activities to promote the music program.

Requirements

• Must hold a Single Subject Credential in Music or a Multiple Subject Credential with Supplementary Authorization in Music.
• Experience with Springs Charter School or other charter schools preferred.
• Prior teaching experience is highly desirable.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
• Completion of a virtual assessment as part of the selection process.
