About the position

Stay Pet Resort and Veterinary is seeking a friendly and experienced customer service representative who loves pets to join their team. The role involves assisting with check-ins for dog daycare and boarding, answering phones and emails, and ensuring excellent client service. This position is ideal for energetic individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy working with animals.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in pets for daycare and boarding
  • Answer phones and respond to emails, phones & texts
  • Provide excellent client service and interaction
  • Open or Close the Lobby (depending on Shift)

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service (1 year preferred)
  • Strong computer skills (experience with Chrome, Mac, Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
  • Ability to be on their feet for up to 8 hours

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with pets
  • Bilingual in Spanish
