About the position
The Head Coach for Boys Lacrosse at Mountain View Middle School is responsible for leading and managing the lacrosse program during the spring season. This role involves coaching student-athletes, developing their skills, and fostering a positive team environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Boys Lacrosse team during the spring season.
- Develop practice plans and game strategies.
- Foster a positive and inclusive team environment.
- Communicate effectively with players, parents, and school administration.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all team members.
Requirements
- Experience in coaching and/or advising in sports is helpful.
