About the position

The MyCare Logistics Tech Level 1 is an entry-level full-time position responsible for managing the logistics of iPads within the MyCare system. This role involves setting up, cleaning, validating, and shipping iPads, as well as providing basic support and troubleshooting for device operations. The position requires attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure efficient inventory management and customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, clean, validate, and ship out all iPads in the MyCare system.
  • Scan in all new iPads and enter information into a database or spreadsheet.
  • Asset tag all new iPads and enter data into a database or spreadsheet.
  • Move all newly inventoried devices into the iPad warehouse.
  • Inventory and clean all refurbished iPads.
  • Validate functionality and operability of refurbished iPads.
  • Record the state of refurbished iPads into a spreadsheet or database.
  • Re-case and tag refurbished iPads and set them up for shipping.
  • Complete manifests on orders handed off for fulfillment.
  • Pack and ship orders with manifest as they are handed off.
  • Answer incoming MyCare phone calls and enter support requests via the ticket portal.
  • Review and respond to basic support tickets in the ticket portal.
  • Escalate tickets to Logistics Tech 2 when necessary.
  • Break down boxes from incoming orders and manage bulk trash.
  • Keep the MyCare work area clean of major trash and debris.
  • Drive company-provided auto to client sites for delivery and pick up of iPads.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft platforms from Windows 10 to Windows 11 and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Proficiency in Apple platforms from iOS to OS.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to handle documents according to HIPAA regulations.
  • Ability to react promptly to security-related incidents and adhere to regulations.
  • Customer service orientation and willingness to meet customer deadlines.
  • Valid driver's license.
