About The Position
As a Restaurant Host, a typical day might include greeting guests with a welcoming smile and providing them with fast, friendly service. You will be responsible for assigning and escorting guests to their tables, monitoring guest consumption of alcohol and intervening when needed according to company guidelines. Promoting Big Night Entertainment Group in a positive and professional manner is essential. You will work well with others, collaborating with other hosts, servers, bartenders, support staff, and management. Remembering guests' names and utilizing them when appropriate is key to building guest loyalty. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and stocked work area and perform other duties as assigned.
