About the position

The Program Manager will be a key member of the Commercial Banking Change Delivery team, responsible for leading the enterprise-wide implementation of the nCino platform. This role requires exceptional facilitation, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure alignment with business goals and budgets while making a significant impact on the organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the nCino program, ensuring alignment with business goals and budgets.
• Develop and manage comprehensive program plans with defined milestones and KPIs.
• Collaborate across multiple business units for consistent nCino implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, providing strategic insights and recommendations.
• Leverage tools like Confluence and Jira for program documentation and tracking.

Requirements

• 7+ years of program management experience, including large-scale technology implementations.
• Expertise with Confluence, Jira, and project methodologies (agile, waterfall, hybrid).
• Proven experience in consulting or enterprise transformations.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
