About the position

Amentum is seeking an N3 Cyber Operations Analyst to support the US NAVY Information Operations Command in Hawaii. This role involves providing expertise in Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO) planning to meet mission objectives, supporting various operations and activities, and ensuring quality control of mission products. The analyst will work closely with multiple teams and leadership to track mission-related requirements and support exercises.

Responsibilities

• Provide expertise in Cyber Protection Team (CPT) operations and planning to meet mission objectives.
• Support execution of CPT operations including hunt, harden, and assessment activities.
• Assist in drafting, coordinating, and quality control of post-mission products from CPTs.
• Track mission-related requirements and keep senior staff apprised of their status.
• Support DCO operations, activities, and investments to exercises and exercise scenario development.
• Provide subject matter expertise to leadership and stand watch to support exercises and CAT requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, information technology, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• Active Top-Secret/SCI clearance with CI polygraph is required.
• 10 years of military and/or government professional experience supporting a cyber or cryptologic mission.

Nice-to-haves

• Master's degree in cybersecurity, information systems, information technology, or related discipline.
• Experience in technical writing and editing, as well as cyber incident management.
• Experience in the U.S. Indo-Pacific theater of operations supporting offensive or defensive cyber operations.
