We are seeking a friendly and organized Salon Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service while managing the front desk operations. This role requires a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. A passion for the beauty industry is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and manage their check-in and check-out process.
• Schedule appointments and manage the salon calendar efficiently.
• Handle phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, addressing client questions and concerns.
• Maintain an organized reception area and ensure all necessary supplies are stocked.
• Assist with retail sales by promoting salon products and services to clients.
• Process payments accurately and handle basic math calculations for transactions.
• Support salon staff by coordinating product demos and managing inventory stock levels.
• Communicate effectively with both clients and team members to ensure a seamless experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in Nail or Hair customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with salon operations or the beauty industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management.
