About the position

The role focuses on establishing and growing Schneider Electric's Electrification Consulting Services business in the North America (NAM) region. It involves leading business development efforts, managing sales processes, and overseeing project management to provide clients with electrification strategies that align with their sustainability goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop new business relationships and maintain existing ones.
  • Accountable for the sales process from customer engagement to deal closure.
  • Drive margin expansion in alignment with organizational requirements.
  • Lead the pitching process and deal closing for case work, including preparing pitching materials and managing contracts.
  • Coordinate a project team of technical consultants to advise clients on their electrification strategy from conceptual to basic design.
  • Serve as the key interface with clients during case work, providing project oversight and managing project budgets.
  • Participate in conferences and contribute to blogs to expand the Practice brand in the zone.
  • Contribute to knowledge development by identifying gaps and developing new methodologies, tools, and assets.
  • Support the development of an ecosystem of partners across various sectors to expand capabilities.
  • Assist the Global VP of Process Electrification Practice in expanding the organization in NAM.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a similar field.
  • 10+ years of experience in techno-commercial consulting/studies.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
  • Proven client relationship management skills with large organizations.
  • Experience in engagement management and team leadership.
