About the position

The Named Account Executive for Mid-Market Non-Profit at Salesforce is responsible for driving sales of the Nonprofit Cloud to organizations with 75-500 employees. This role focuses on generating new business in the western US while managing a territory of nonprofit accounts. The position emphasizes building relationships, understanding client needs, and demonstrating the value of Salesforce solutions to influence buying decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Sell Nonprofit Cloud to organizations with 75-500 employees.
  • Manage a territory of nonprofit accounts, focusing on new business development.
  • Partner with internal resources to drive additional value and expertise.
  • Generate pipeline leading to closed revenue and quota attainment.
  • Sell based on value and return on investment rather than technical functionality.
  • Build credibility and trust to influence buying decisions.
  • Uncover business initiatives and struggles to align solutions with client needs.
  • Create demand by identifying business problems and matching them to Salesforce solutions.
  • Understand business operations and priorities that influence C-level decisions.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of full cycle sales experience, with at least 3 years in the field.
  • Experience selling to the C-suite.
  • Ability to build and deliver presentations to a wide range of buyers.
