About the position

The Named Account Executive at Toshiba America Business Solutions is a business-to-business sales professional responsible for managing and growing key named accounts in the Dallas, TX marketplace. This role focuses on selling Toshiba's comprehensive suite of products and office solutions, driving sales revenue, and maintaining strong customer relationships to meet sales objectives. The position requires a proactive approach to account management, sales strategy development, and customer advocacy, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales revenue and market share by managing named/key accounts and commercial account base to achieve sales quota.
  • Present and sell Toshiba digital office equipment and software solutions, including multi-functional products.
  • Drive net new business through named/key account management.
  • Adopt Toshiba's culture of sales excellence, including established sales processes and a focus on core role KPIs.
  • Develop and maintain account relationships and deliver high levels of customer care.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations, coordinating the terms of the sale and education/training.
  • Create and maintain a robust sales strategy plan, including account management and prospecting objectives.
  • Create and analyze forecasting and sales reports for assigned named accounts.
  • Identify problem areas and propose countermeasures to sales management.
  • Develop and maintain a high-level understanding of the named account industry and trends influencing the marketplace.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
  • A minimum of five years of named/key account sales in a business-to-business environment.
  • Demonstrated entrepreneurial experience with a goal-driven focus.
  • Demonstrated experience managing named accounts via account-based marketing and relationship building.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, including sales quota achievement and closing named account sales.
  • Working knowledge of the industry, regulatory compliance, and document solutions.
  • Valid Driver's License.
