About the position

The Named Account Manager at Arista Networks is a pivotal role within the Sales organization, responsible for expanding the Arista brand among existing and new enterprise accounts in the Denver, CO area. This position focuses on exceeding sales objectives through a consultative selling approach, engaging with key stakeholders to address their business needs in hybrid cloud computing and legacy IT systems. The role requires collaboration with systems engineers and technology partners to design effective solutions, as well as conducting demand generation activities to foster relationships and drive sales growth.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Arista brand within existing and new named accounts in the Denver metro area.
• Exceed measurable sales objectives and develop new logo accounts.
• Utilize a consultative selling approach with key client stakeholders.
• Meet with key influencers, decision-makers, and C-level executives to present Arista's value proposition.
• Work with Arista systems engineers to design and position compelling solutions.
• Establish and manage key channel relationships in the territory.
• Formulate strategic and tactical account plans based on periodic business reviews.
• Conduct demand generation activities such as happy hours and technology forums.
• Collaborate with Arista peers on marketing plans and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with technology partner solutions and competitor strategies.

Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent.
• 5+ years of technology sales experience.
• Proven track record of direct selling into target accounts and exceeding sales targets.
• Relevant data center or networking industry background.
• Strong rolodex and relationships within the territory.
• Excellent people skills and ability to build relationships at all levels.
• Technical acumen in Networking, SDN, NFV, Switching, Network Automation, Routing, Data Center, Edge Computing, Network Virtualization, or Cloud computing.
