About the position

The STEM Nanny Company is seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny with a background in early childhood development, particularly those with RBT, BCBA, or Speech Pathologist qualifications. This role involves providing nurturing care and support to two young children, fostering their growth in communication, social skills, and emotional regulation. The ideal candidate will be committed to building a long-term relationship with the family, integrating therapeutic techniques into daily routines, and creating a stable and fun learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Apply therapeutic techniques to support the children's development in communication, behavior, and social skills.
• Plan and facilitate creative activities that promote learning and emotional growth.
• Drive the children to and from school, therapy sessions, and activities.
• Prepare meals for the children and parents twice a week.
• Perform light household tasks, including tidying up and managing laundry for the family.

Requirements

• A background in nannying, combined with experience as an RBT, BCBA, or Speech Pathologist.
• Professional childcare experience of at least 5 years (not including babysitting or family).
• Nannying experience of at least 1 year.
• Fully vaccinated.
