About The Position
The role is responsible for managing the NAPA (New Product Approval) and Product Review processes, acting as a trusted advisor to the Group Head of NAPA. The individual will serve as the secretariat of NAPA and be a key delegate to the product review and NAPA Committees. A significant aspect of the role involves managing and building relationships with key Regulators across the US region. The position requires a good understanding of banking product types, particularly in investment banking or corporate banking, and a strong background in Control Framework within Banking, preferably in Product Governance. The role demands strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to lead and manage high-performance teams.
