The role requires a blend of editorial practices, writing skills, and the ability to leverage generative AI, all while maintaining direct interaction with customers to enhance their experience. In this capacity, the Narrative Content Editor will act as the primary editor for all learning narrative content, ensuring that it meets high-quality standards and adheres to established narrative best practices. The editor will supervise writing for story-driven projects, providing constructive guidance and feedback to writers. It is essential that the narrative design aligns with Cornerstone Immerse's design philosophies and the overarching goals of XR-for-enterprise. The editor will also encourage and support writers in innovating and creating learning experiences that explore new ways to utilize the tool effectively. Additionally, the role involves managing freelance writers, narrative designers, and vendors, showcasing strong project management skills to maintain project schedules, manage narrative-related invoicing, and develop risk mitigation strategies. The editor will identify and manage external staffing needs for writing production, ensuring that all narrative design and documentation is crafted to enhance the learning experience. The Narrative Content Editor will also play a crucial role in maturing generative AI practices and productization efforts, utilizing AI tools to enhance content ideation and script writing. This includes designing prompts for AI to generate accurate and creative outputs, as well as using AI tools for dialogue generation, content expansion, and rapid prototyping. Collaboration with various teams, including the Learning team and Production team, is essential to ensure that narrative design supports skill development and meets quality standards for deliverables.
