About the position

The Nashville Studio & Sales Manager is a pivotal role focused on managing sales and enhancing the brand experience at WundaBar Pilates Nashville. This position combines teaching Pilates classes with sales responsibilities, requiring a passion for fitness and strong leadership skills to inspire the community and drive studio performance.

Responsibilities

• Manage sales and brand experience at WundaBar Pilates Nashville.
• Teach a minimum of 10 classes per week.
• Manage studio email and phone client communications.
• Responsible for selling a minimum quota of packages, memberships, and classes.
• Meet attendance/revenue KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
• Strategize and execute sales initiatives.
• Coordinate & support WundaBar events, engagements, photoshoots, influencers, etc.
• Lead Educator team for scheduling, sales, and brand experience.
• Strategically create class schedule to drive sales and attendance.
• Special projects and other administrative support as needed.

Requirements

• Sales experience required, preferably in the Fitness Industry.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a fast-changing, diverse environment.
• Ability to recognize areas of improvement and make changes using good judgment.
• An affinity and passion for fitness.
• Solid writing and grammar skills.
• Highly organized, proficient in data management, ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Professional, punctual, reliable, and neat.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Trustworthy and ability to handle confidential information.

Nice-to-haves

• Prior Pilates training.
