About the position

The National Account Executive (NAE) at McLarens Global is tasked with driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities while enhancing brand experience. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing existing partnerships, and aligning business development strategies with company goals. The NAE is responsible for executing business development plans, maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring the overall success of the business development department in their region.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business development plan
  • Increase overall sales and maintain current accounts while promoting the AEG Brand for new potential business
  • Responsible for sales related expenses to ensure wise spending with a positive ROI
  • Create and maintain a master account list
  • Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers to understand their business objectives
  • Understand industry-specific trends and landscapes
  • Build relationships with customers, vendors, and distributors, as well as sales and marketing teams
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
  • Assess marketing and sales as well as supplier and vendor operations and recommend improvements
  • Research emerging trends and recommend new company offers to satisfy customer needs
  • Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow business
  • Present business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management
  • Assist the accounting department with collection of outstanding receivables as needed

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Sales or Marketing or similar field required
  • 5+ years Sales Management experience required
  • Proven track record as a team leader with an understanding of management practices
  • Demonstrated project and budget management skills
  • Strong business acumen with a broad understanding of fundamental business principles
  • Extensive knowledge of industry principles, procedures, and best practices
  • Ability to set overall strategy and drive process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, or related software

Nice-to-haves

  • Disaster recovery, Insurance Restoration, Claims Consulting, and/or Environmental Claims Consulting experience
