About the position
The National Account Executive (NAE) at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) is a pivotal role responsible for managing the Direct Store Delivery (DSD) business at Kroger. This position is integral to the sales management team, focusing on strategic direction and execution of the customer joint business plan for all Cold Space. The NAE will drive revenue, profit, and market share growth by enhancing distribution and availability of KDP's DSD portfolio, requiring a collaborative and results-oriented approach.
Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain effective business relationships with Kroger counterparts and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and sell annual joint business plans to deliver profitable growth.
- Create strategy and execution plans for Immediate Consumption across the KDP portfolio.
- Develop assortment plans in collaboration with Kroger NAEs and Category Management.
- Maximize and execute trade budgets against promotional plans to ensure profitable growth.
- Leverage data and insights to identify opportunities and adjust plans accordingly.
- Foster a culture of trust and wellbeing within the team, prioritizing employee contributions and motivation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum 5 years of CPG sales experience.
- Experience in Direct Store Delivery (DSD) and/or Beverage industry required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience using IRI or other syndicated data.
