About the position

The National Account Manager - DVLED Hospitality at LG Electronics is responsible for driving sales of DVLED products within the hospitality sector, particularly focusing on the gaming industry in Las Vegas. This role involves developing and managing major accounts, cultivating relationships with end-users, distributors, and resellers, and executing an account acquisition plan to expand LG's digital signage market. The position requires a blend of technical knowledge, sales expertise, and the ability to engage with clients at an executive level.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage major named accounts within the Hospitality Vertical.
  • Cultivate market segments and qualify major sales opportunities.
  • Manage existing relationships and develop new executive-level connections with end-users, distributors, and resellers.
  • Create account acquisition plans targeting hotels and convention spaces.
  • Collaborate with specifier teams and manage sales pipelines.
  • Serve as a DVLED/signage sales expert and provide training to the sales team.
  • Travel to drive business growth and target reseller networks.
  • Engage prospective clients and create ROI strategies.
  • Meet revenue targets and stay updated on market trends.
  • Perform administrative tasks and coordinate with internal teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical subject or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in sales in the Technology Industry, preferably in DVLED and digital signage solutions.
  • Experience in the Hospitality Vertical is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to travel 50-60% throughout the U.S.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Initiative and ability to work in a multicultural environment.
  • Proven technical skills and customer-facing sales capabilities.
  • Strong relationship-building skills.
  • Solid business acumen and thought leadership in sales, marketing, operations, finance, and account P&L.
