About the position

The National Account Manager for Kryptonite Bicycle Locks is responsible for driving revenue and market share growth within the multi-store retail and e-Commerce channels. This role involves building relationships with key decision-makers, executing strategic business plans, and collaborating with various internal teams to enhance product performance and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Execute and monitor strategic and tactical business plans for e-Commerce and multi-store retailers.
  • Collaborate with influential decision makers at each retailer to achieve business targets.
  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of customer line reviews.
  • Drive customer loyalty and growth through sales programs and promotions.
  • Resolve issues with accounts, including shipping errors and pricing discrepancies.
  • Maintain personal networks and attend industry shows to promote the product portfolio.
  • Collect and analyze POS and revenue data for forecasting and inventory management.
  • Report customer performance against targets and provide timely sales reports to the Commercial Director.
  • Participate in the forecasting process and advise on special promotions and new sales opportunities.
  • Assist the marketing team to ensure e-Commerce content aligns with brand guidelines.
  • Enforce Authorized Reseller policy and Online Sales Policies in collaboration with the Business Analyst.
  • Provide market intelligence and feedback to improve business performance.
  • Build internal relationships to successfully commercialize products.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5+ years of sales experience; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience with multi-store retailers or e-Commerce required.
  • Knowledge of the bicycle industry or specialty retail market preferred.
  • Customer-centric approach with a balance of customer benefits and business financials.
  • Strong sales analytic skills preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience influencing others with a bias for action.
  • Ability to problem solve with an entrepreneurial commitment to achieving goals.
  • Strong strategic development and management skills with execution capabilities.
  • Proven collaboration skills with both customers and internal teams.
