About the position

The Walmart National Account Manager for Grooming is responsible for leading the development and execution of the annual business plan for the Grooming portfolio. This role involves leveraging data and insights to drive volume, profit, and market share growth while serving as the primary contact for Walmart. The NAM collaborates with internal teams and external partners to ensure effective communication and execution of strategies that align with both Edgewell's and Walmart's objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of the annual business plan for the Grooming portfolio.
  • Manage, monitor, evaluate, and update the overall business plan to meet volume, profit, and share objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure proper execution at retail.
  • Achieve assigned sales goals and set bold, aggressive targets for the team.
  • Process complex data for forecasting, sales planning, and annual business planning.
  • Develop productive relationships with key decision-makers at Walmart and influence decision-making processes.
  • Create and deliver value-driven business plans that align with customer and market potential.
  • Understand and manage critical business processes to support ongoing business health.
  • Balance the pursuit of adding value for Walmart while ensuring financial growth for Edgewell.
  • Lead collaboration efforts with internal and external customers to create and extend partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5-10 years' experience in Consumer-Packaged Goods with Walmart or other National Account retailers at the headquarter level in Account Management or related function.
  • 5-10 years' experience utilizing Nielsen or IRI syndicated data to develop actionable insights.
  • Experience with Power BI, Luminate, Numerator, and other 3rd Party Data Tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
