About the position
The National Account Manager at Facilities Resource Group is responsible for acquiring and managing key client accounts in the commercial water heating sector. This role focuses on building long-term relationships with clients, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The position requires collaboration with internal teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet the needs of national commercial clients, while also tracking performance metrics and market trends.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new national account opportunities.
- Develop strategies to penetrate target markets and increase market share.
- Manage and nurture key account relationships serving as the primary point of contact.
- Conduct regular check-ins, performance reviews, and strategy sessions with clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.
- Track and report KPI metrics tied to growth, client satisfaction, and sales pipeline.
- Provide regular reports to senior management on new and potential accounts.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED mandatory; Bachelor's Degree highly preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Plumbing / Tankless systems.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial / B2B Outside Sales or Business Development.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM Software.
- Strong analytical and strategic communication skills with exemplary negotiation abilities.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in managing multi-site clients.
- Knowledge of market trends in commercial water heating.
