About the position

The National Account Manager - Strategic End Users at Justrite Manufacturing Co LLC is responsible for developing and managing business relationships with large end user accounts in the industrial and commercial segments. This role involves creating action plans and sales strategies to penetrate new accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and collaborating with internal departments to facilitate pricing negotiations and proposals.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business with large end user accounts in the industrial and commercial segments.
• Manage customer contact through visits and execute day-to-day call cycle management using various sales techniques.
• Develop strong relationships with key end user customers and proactively understand market trends and issues.
• Prospect and develop sales opportunities with current and new targeting accounts.
• Collaborate with customer service and finance to establish new end user accounts.
• Work with internal departments to understand pricing structures and assist with pricing negotiations and proposals.
• Provide product awareness and value proposition training to target accounts through webinars and onsite visits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a relevant field (preferred).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in successful end user sales.
• Solid listening, negotiating, and closing skills.
• Ability to establish a sales process to drive repeatable success.
• Strong attention to detail while multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• High energy, outgoing, and friendly personality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Willingness to travel greater than 50% of the time.
