About the position

The National Account Sales Manager at Georgia-Pacific's Hummingbird® is a pivotal role focused on driving innovation and growth in the high graphics packaging sector. This position involves leading strategic sales initiatives, building relationships with key accounts, and leveraging state-of-the-art digital print technologies to enhance customer value and revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on high-speed digital pre-print and high graphic solutions.
  • Drive value through revenue growth and innovation.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Prospect, identify, and close new accounts, owning the sales process from start to finish.
  • Manage and nurture relationships with decision-makers, ensuring alignment with their business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives that drive success, collaborating with commercial and operations teams.
  • Continuously monitor the market and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

  • Proven B2B sales experience in the corrugated, paper, or packaging industry.
  • Strong business acumen with expertise in solution-based technical selling.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

Benefits
