Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales strategy focused on high-speed digital pre-print and high graphic solutions.
• Drive value through revenue growth and innovation.
• Use a consultative sales approach to identify customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Prospect, identify, and close new accounts, managing the sales process from start to finish.
• Manage and nurture relationships with decision-makers to align our value proposition with their business objectives.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with commercial and operations teams to achieve shared goals.
• Continuously monitor the market and adapt strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

Requirements

• Proven B2B sales experience in the corrugated, paper, or packaging industry.
• Strong business acumen with expertise in solution-based technical selling.
• Deep understanding of the sales process from prospecting to closing.
• Willingness to travel 30-40% across the US, including overnight stays.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with lithographic, flexographic, or digital printing.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Proven track record in lead generation and building a robust sales pipeline.
• Experience working with Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) customers.
