About the position

The National Accounts Execution Manager is responsible for executing and implementing National Account strategies to achieve brand, volume, and KPI objectives for assigned accounts in the East. This role involves driving displays, monitoring market performance, conducting ROI analysis, and making recommendations based on findings. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with National Accounts partners and manage pricing strategies within the CPG industry, particularly in the alcohol spirits sector.

Responsibilities

• Drive displays and incremental opportunities within National Accounts mandated programs.
• Monitor market performance and program results through Nielsen tracking, in-market surveys, and distributor reporting.
• Report market conditions and competitive activity to senior management.
• Monitor market spend and conduct ROI analysis on major programs executed within assigned accounts.
• Make recommendations based on ROI analysis.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3-5+ years of experience in the alcohol beverage and spirits industry, preferably on the supplier side.
• Strong relationship-building skills with National Accounts partners.
• Proven track record of developing working relationships and strong business acumen.
• Strong finance and budgeting background.
• Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills.
• Advanced influencing skills and account management capabilities.
• Effective problem-solving and analysis skills.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency with formulas and data analysis.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred.
