About the position

The National Accounts Manager - On Premise - Hospitality is responsible for overseeing the national strategy for hospitality chains and the overall hospitality business in the US and globally. This role involves leading a team of Key Account Managers to implement priority brands and programs, ensuring effective communication with distributors and state managers, and developing marketing programs to enhance brand visibility and sales performance.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of the national strategy for hospitality chains.
  • Lead a team of Key Account Managers responsible for implementing priority brands and programs.
  • Communicate and implement programs with Distributors and State Managers.
  • Ensure product listings and develop national program pricing analysis.
  • Develop buyer marketing programs including drink recipes and training materials.
  • Maintain executed program stock levels and perform on-site brand trainings.
  • Contribute to Sazerac's overall financial performance by supporting the Hospitality key account team.
  • Develop and execute strategies and annual plans for well and premium portfolios across national accounts.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key on premise national accounts and distributor leaders.
  • Utilize the Performance Management System and 360 feedback for self-improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • 5 years' sales experience in the Alcohol Beverage industry or CPG overall.
  • 5 years' experience with the 3-Tier distribution system and/or DSD experience.
  • 5 years' experience managing national accounts in the on premise channel.
  • Leadership experience managing and/or working directly & indirectly across teams.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office Products (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%-60%.
