About the position

The National Accounts Manager is responsible for driving growth and managing business across assigned accounts, focusing on eCommerce strategies for multiple brands. This role involves setting and implementing go-to-market strategies, including pricing, advertising, promotional activities, and digital merchandising. The position requires collaboration with various stakeholders and aims to achieve top-line sales and bottom-line profit targets.

Responsibilities

  • Drive top line sales and bottom-line profit targets by implementing go-to-market strategies for assigned marketplaces.
  • Act as team lead for eCommerce innovation, researching and evaluating opportunities for expansion and new product development.
  • Provide accurate forecasts for assigned accounts.
  • Develop and execute PPC advertising and promotional strategies.
  • Manage content creation with internal and external partners.
  • Optimize product detail pages and digital merchandising tactics for online discoverability.
  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders on market dynamics and business opportunities.
  • Implement and optimize pricing strategies for assigned accounts.
  • Monitor and analyze performance and market trends to adjust strategies as necessary.
  • Develop expertise in the Amazon portal and its functionalities.

Requirements

  • Extensive prior experience selling products on Amazon.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing/merchandising, ideally in a consumer product environment.
  • Proven track record of discovering opportunities for innovation and new product development.
  • Familiarity with business and data analytics, including trend analysis and ROI management.
  • Deep understanding of digital consumer insights and marketplace strategies.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and resourcefulness.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in managing Profit and Loss (P&L).
  • Cross-functional leadership experience.
