The National Accounts Sales Manager, Fleet at TBC Corporation plays a pivotal role in developing and maintaining relationships with national account clients that operate fleets of vehicles. This position is crucial for strategically growing TBC's market share within the National Account market segments. The primary objectives include acquiring new accounts, maintaining existing fleet accounts to maximize sales and profits, and ensuring high service level execution across TBC's channels for these customers. The role also involves creating and facilitating training programs for the franchise group, positioning TBC as the preferred service provider among the fleet account community. Additionally, the National Accounts Sales Manager will assist senior management with special projects as needed. In this role, the manager is expected to meet or exceed TBC Corporation's performance standards for quality and speed of service. Effective administration and management of fleet account programs and initiatives are essential. The manager will oversee fleet account product and service needs, ensuring TBC is well-positioned to service these accounts effectively. Building strong customer relationships at all levels within the accounts is critical, as is communicating business issues and trends with both customers and TBC management. The role also requires managing sales budgets and expenses, representing TBC at trade shows and promotional events, and leading training sessions on fleet account growth and sales. The National Accounts Sales Manager will partner with internal business leaders to develop action plans aimed at maximizing revenue realization and will collaborate with internal business partners to monitor performance, identify business opportunities, and implement best practices. This position requires excellent verbal and written communication skills, exceptional customer service abilities, and a high level of professional integrity. The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, and travel 60% of the time or more is also necessary.
