About the position

The National Accounts Sales Manager at Casio America, Inc. is responsible for coordinating, directing, and promoting the national sales and marketing efforts of the Timepieces division. This role involves managing product listings on major e-commerce platforms, overseeing account health, executing PPC campaigns, and providing insightful reporting and analysis to drive sales performance. The position reports to the General Manager of Sales and requires a strong understanding of e-commerce and PPC advertising strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Create and optimize product listings on Amazon, Walmart.com, JCP.com, and other national websites.
  • Conduct regular audits of product listings to identify and rectify any issues.
  • Research and implement keyword strategies to improve product discoverability.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Monitor account health and address any potential policy violations or account health warnings.
  • Stay up-to-date on Amazon's policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues related to Amazon orders.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and competitor analysis for PPC campaigns.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC campaigns across Amazon Advertising platforms.
  • Craft compelling ad copy that drives conversions.
  • Manage campaign budgets effectively and optimize bids and placements.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make adjustments to improve effectiveness.
  • Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance metrics and present findings to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing PPC campaigns, preferably on Amazon Advertising platforms.
  • Strong understanding of PPC concepts, bidding strategies, and campaign optimization techniques.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central and its functionalities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
