About the position

The National Advertising Sales Manager at Keller Williams Realty is responsible for leading advertising sales efforts on a national scale, focusing on revenue generation through strategic sales initiatives and managing key national accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in advertising sales and a deep understanding of media platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Implement national advertising sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities across regions and industries to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and refine sales strategies based on market trends and client feedback.
  • Drive advertising sales across print, digital, social media, and multimedia channels, focusing on high-revenue accounts and national clients.
  • Manage a portfolio of high-value clients, ensuring consistent sales and retention.
  • Track performance against revenue targets and sales KPIs, adjusting tactics as needed to stay on track with goals.
  • Track and report sales activities, including pipeline status, revenue forecasts, and client acquisition and retention metrics.
  • Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management, highlighting progress, areas of growth, and any challenges.
  • Use sales data to adjust tactics, optimize performance, and inform broader sales strategies.

Requirements

  • Sales experience and a track record of success
  • Experience selling advertising is a preference
  • Self-starter
  • Ability to maintain relationships with prospective licensees
