Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of facilities management experience.
  • Proficient in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Experience with work order management systems (Maximo).
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving history.
