Responsibilities
- Develop and motivate a team to exceed client and customer expectations in housekeeping/custodial services.
- Build and maintain strong customer/client relationships.
- Possess strong leadership skills to guide the team effectively.
- Communicate effectively to all levels within the organization.
- Manage projects within agreed-upon timelines.
- Utilize computers and other technology proficiently.
- Oversee vendor and contract management, including union and contract negotiations.
- Demonstrate strong financial acumen and budget management experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of previous custodial or housekeeping General Manager level experience in a high-volume environment.
- Basic management experience of at least 3 years.
- Basic functional experience of at least 3 years.
