Responsibilities

  • Direct all contract management daily Food Operations for quality, safety and operations standards.
  • Control unit financials and maintain cash control and payroll records.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction, Client/Stakeholder relationships and good public relations.
  • Manage through managers and be accountable for the contract.
  • Provide local leadership and strategic direction while developing team for new and emerging business solutions that sustain growth in the day to day operations.
  • Oversee all aspects of on-site catering programs, including event concepts and partnerships.

Requirements

  • 5+ years managing in high volume dining operations
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of basic management experience
  • 3 years of basic functional experience
