About the position

The National Client Executive for Sodexo's Healthcare Segment will serve as the primary executive for the Seniors Division, overseeing operations across 15 senior living communities. This role involves strategic leadership, contract management, compliance, and financial oversight, ensuring high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction. The position requires significant travel and interaction with various stakeholders to drive operational excellence and business growth.

Responsibilities

  • Monitors unit operations to optimize Sodexo standards and ensure service quality assurance.
  • Provides leadership to District accounts to ensure high client satisfaction and account retention.
  • Aligns team efforts with clients' strategic plans and goals.
  • Collaborates with District Managers, Regional Chefs, and management team members.
  • Executes account retention plans by implementing aligned short- and long-term goals.
  • Reviews and analyzes financial statements to monitor financial goals and mitigate risks.
  • Explores and cultivates new business opportunities to grow the business.
  • Provides feedback to employees through coaching, mentoring, and corrective guidance.
  • Ensures compliance with regulations and Sodexo/Client policies and procedures.
  • Promotes workplace diversity initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • 7 years of management experience
