About the position
The National Financial Solutions Advisor (NFSA I) at Bank of America is responsible for building meaningful relationships with clients through a contact center environment. This role focuses on providing comprehensive financial advice and solutions, including investment, banking, and lending, to help clients achieve their financial goals. Advisors will receive foundational training and support to develop their skills and advance within the organization, leveraging Bank of America's extensive resources and client base.
Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive financial advice to clients.
- Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions.
- Collaborate with banking and investment partners to deliver a full range of services.
- Conduct client reviews and presentations confidently.

Requirements
- Series 7 and 66 licenses (or equivalent); Series 66 must be obtained within 90 days if not currently held.
- Comfortable in a sales role and nurturing strong client relationships.
- Clear and confident communication skills with diverse clients.

- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Adaptability to new information and client needs.
