The manager will collaborate closely with Health Practice Leadership to create and organize marketing materials that support business development pursuits, ensuring that all marketing efforts are cohesive and effective. In addition to managing marketing materials, the National Healthcare Marketing Manager will participate in both local and national meetings focused on client engagement and business development. This includes supporting the development of an annual healthcare marketing plan and coordinating monthly business development pipeline reports. The manager will also work with the internal research team to create advanced client engagement profiles, ensuring that the marketing strategies are data-driven and tailored to meet client needs. The role involves overseeing the production of proposals and marketing collateral, ensuring that all materials adhere to brand standards and are of the highest quality. The manager will also be responsible for training stakeholders on brand standards and the use of marketing collateral. Furthermore, the position requires a proactive approach to increasing the visibility of the firm's thought leadership in the healthcare industry through various media channels. The National Healthcare Marketing Manager will lead a team of Marketing Coordinators, organizing their efforts to support health practice pursuits and ensuring that all marketing systems are maintained according to established standards.
