About the position

The National Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the marketing function at the College Internship Program (CIP), focusing on creating and implementing innovative marketing strategies to promote specialized programs and services for young adults with autism and learning differences. This remote, full-time position requires strong leadership skills to manage a team of marketing specialists and involves campaign development, lead nurturing, content strategy, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of marketing specialists.
  • Design and implement multi-channel demand generation campaigns.
  • Develop and manage lead nurturing campaigns to engage prospects.
  • Set up and manage marketing automation workflows in platforms like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create targeted content for demand generation.
  • Oversee website updates and maintenance for optimal performance.
  • Monitor and report on key demand generation metrics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven marketing.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Advanced technical skills with SEO, social media, content marketing, email marketing, PPC, and SEM.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with demand generation in the private education sector.
  • Familiarity with content marketing and inbound marketing strategies.
  • Knowledge of Learning Differences and/or Autism Spectrum.
