As a National Operations Analyst, you will gather, analyze, and present business performance and financial data to senior members of the organization. You will build spreadsheets and functions with intermediate to advanced Excel and Google Sheets skills, create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to help others understand business performance, and provide insights and recommendations by performing data discovery, analysis, and modeling. In the sports operations aspect of the role, you will present detailed company operations analysis to the chief executive and other senior leaders, maneuver and plug into key areas of the business to support ongoing projects and initiatives, and analyze and identify process issues and bottlenecks to make improvements. You will also be responsible for writing clear and well-structured standard operating requirements and developing and maintaining reporting tools. In terms of strategy and special projects, you will handle confidential information with integrity and discretion, collaborate with executive leadership to define, develop, and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and operational efficiency, and work with leadership to measure team performance and provide tactical support to implement new ideas. Completing special projects and initiatives will also be part of your responsibilities, where you will convey recommendations, effectively manage expectations of key stakeholders, and provide regular project status updates. Additionally, you will attend and support meetings by identifying key takeaways and following up on action items to ensure completion.
