Limbach Facility Services LLC is seeking a National Rental Sales Manager to strategically grow our specialty equipment rental fleet. This role is pivotal in capturing all available internal and external sales opportunities, ensuring that we meet our company strategy and objectives. The incumbent will lead, manage, and develop Limbach's specialty rental niche, focusing on expanding our rental fleet through effective growth and investment strategies that yield a positive return on investment (ROI). The National Rental Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and driving rental sales strategies aimed at growth with all national customers and existing branch business units. This includes managing fulfillment and customer satisfaction for all rental customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service. Additionally, the manager will partner with Corporate Marketing to create and implement marketing campaigns directed at both national and local branch customers, enhancing our visibility and sales potential in the market. In this role, the incumbent is expected to maintain appropriate company confidentiality at all times, protect the company's assets, and uphold the Code of Conduct & Ethics in all situations. The position also requires cultivating and promoting a safety culture that aligns with our core values: We Care, We Act with Integrity, We Are Innovative, and We Are Accountable. The work environment for this position is predominantly in a warehouse setting, with responsibilities that may include outside deliveries to construction projects. The role entails exposure to various weather conditions and potentially hazardous materials, requiring a commitment to safety and adherence to safety protocols. This position is considered sedentary, with physical demands that may include lifting up to ten pounds occasionally and performing repetitive motions. The National Rental Sales Manager will also be required to travel locally, with expectations of up to 75% travel primarily to client offices, meetings, and job sites.
