About the position

The National Sales Account Manager at JBS Industries is responsible for driving strategic growth in a new territory by building new business and managing existing national accounts. This role requires a strategic thinker who can innovate and develop sales territories while representing the company's 40-year reputation for quality and integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a comprehensive 12-month plan and budget to drive strategic growth.
  • Travel within a 300-mile region to engage with all wash operators and build strong relationships.
  • Establish a consistent travel schedule for consecutive visits to maximize outreach.
  • Actively promote Compass products to enhance brand visibility and market penetration.
  • Organize and execute the first free fill program to attract new customers.
  • Target and secure new accounts across multiple regions to expand market presence.
  • Leverage CRM Sales Now tools to optimize account growth and management.
  • Manage and follow up on new prospect leads to convert them into loyal customers.
  • Assist in the installation of chemical products to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Drive sales of new POS products to increase revenue streams.
  • Support customers with innovative revenue-generating campaigns.
  • Implement and manage distributor programs to streamline operations.
  • Gain a deep understanding of multiple industrial chemical programs to provide expert advice.
  • Continuously identify and pursue new business opportunities for sustained growth.
  • Identify and capitalize on marketing opportunities to drive consumer growth.
  • Provide out-of-region account support to team members for seamless operations.
  • Travel nationally (10-20%) to support business initiatives and customer needs.
  • Offer regional feedback on market trends to inform strategic decisions.
  • Ensure comprehensive JBS coverage throughout your region to maintain high service standards.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the car wash industry.
  • Proven sales experience with manufacturers or chemical producers, with a strong understanding of equipment and machinery.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Highly flexible, self-motivated, and capable of managing tasks independently to achieve results.
  • Proven track record in managing large accounts and distributors effectively.
  • Strong skills and drive for cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
