Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the restoration construction company.
• Build and manage a national sales division.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
• Demonstrate sound knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration processes.
• Manage and mentor team members to enhance performance and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in restoration construction required.
• High School Diploma required; GED/Associates/Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong computer literacy is required.
• Ability to bring over accounts nationally and build a sales division.
• Demonstrated knowledge in fire, water, and flood restoration.
