We are looking for a dynamic and driven National Account Manager to join our Safety Bollard Division. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in expanding our footprint and driving sales growth across new markets. As a National Account Manager for the Safety Bollard Division, you will report to the Vice President of Sales and take responsibility for developing new business opportunities, closing large national accounts, and managing strategic relationships. Your focus will be on driving revenue, securing product specifications, and maintaining long-term customer partnerships. In this role, you will be expected to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets while driving revenue by securing new business with both existing and new McCue customers. Establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with strategic accounts will be crucial. You will conduct successful customer meetings to introduce new products, review current offerings, and address business needs. Building and managing a sales pipeline to ensure consistent growth and maintaining accurate forecasts for operational planning will also be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will develop and implement a strategic sales plan to target growth within your territory, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure high customer satisfaction. You will identify new prospects through various channels including industry directories, trade shows, and referrals, and expand McCue's influence into sectors such as architects, system integrators, retailers, and general contractors by educating them on crash test security solutions. This position requires a results-focused individual with strong organizational skills, capable of executing both tactical and strategic sales plans while promoting McCue's core values, products, and value proposition.
