Yoh is seeking a Director of National Sales for Life Sciences to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is pivotal in driving growth by identifying strategic opportunities and executing our sales strategy within the Strategic Accounts line of business. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in selling large-scale staffing solutions to Managed Service Providers (MSPs) and self-managed program sponsors. In this position, you will be responsible for achieving or exceeding defined sales targets by developing a comprehensive sales plan. You will engage in lead generation activities with prospects and customers to qualify opportunities and effectively sell Yoh's services. Your role will involve delivering both in-person and online presentations that showcase the company's capabilities, credibility, and value proposition. You will also be tasked with developing, refining, and executing a strategic plan aimed at achieving sales targets and expanding the customer base. Building strong relationships with MSP providers and self-managed program sponsors will be crucial for selling large-scale staffing engagements. Additionally, you will partner with the proposal team to close deals and negotiate contracts. You will oversee all aspects of the sales process, including monthly reporting on sales forecasts, pipeline, and sales activity, while striving to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency. A deep understanding of the workforce solutions and staffing industry, along with the trends affecting customers, will be essential for disseminating and utilizing this knowledge within the organization and with potential customers.
