About the position

The National Sales Enablement Manager for Retail is responsible for leading sales management and project initiatives within the Retail Markets, including Retail Banking Centers and Small Business. This role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, enhancing digital tools, and improving sales effectiveness. The manager will act as a liaison between various departments to drive sales results and will lead a team dedicated to enhancing banker readiness and customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between line of business leadership, Corporate Learning, marketing, and external vendors to support sales efforts.
  • Identify and partner with vendors to develop and execute digital sales tools.
  • Support the Converge operating model in product development and ensure effective adoption of new functionalities.
  • Monitor and optimize the use of all sales tools, conducting regular reviews to assess adoption rates and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead partnership with Marketing to align with strategic business objectives and support sales initiatives.
  • Solicit structured feedback from users to enhance existing tools and address gaps.
  • Lead efforts to support colleague development in sales through training and content delivery.
  • Partner with Corporate Learning to create and refresh ongoing sales development content.
  • Design and execute the annual Distinguished Banker Event to reward top sales colleagues.
  • Maintain the line of business connect site, focusing on Sales Tools and Resources.
  • Support communication strategies for executive directors and assist with internal and external engagements.
  • Design and implement line of business recognition programs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree from an Accredited University or 4 Years Relevant Experience
  • 8 Years Experience in sales processes, customer journey, sales tools, leadership, coaching tools, banker readiness, and adoption
  • 5 Years Managing multiple highly complex projects simultaneously
  • 5 Years Experience in content delivery, including piloting sales processes and new tools
  • 5 Years Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • 2 Years Experience in Managing and directing a sales team
  • 1 Year Experience with Microsoft Office Products
