About the position

The National Sales Executive for Quadax Revenue Cycle Services is responsible for driving sales of RCM solutions to independent laboratories, DME, and Hospital Outreach clients. This role requires a self-starting individual who can create and manage a robust sales pipeline, engage with C-suite executives, and close complex deals. The position emphasizes a consultative sales approach and collaboration with internal teams to meet revenue targets.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate cold lead activities to generate interest in the Quadax product set.
  • Penetrate new accounts at the Director and C-suite level to close new business.
  • Lead and participate in sales calls, proposal development, and contract negotiations.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to map Quadax solutions to client needs.
  • Document activities and track next steps in the company's CRM software.
  • Collaborate with marketing to enhance lead generation and coverage of RCM solutions.
  • Establish and expand Quadax's brand in the healthcare industry.
  • Coordinate on-site and remote meetings, including demos and presentations.
  • Assist with drafting responses to RFPs and proposals during the sales process.
  • Capture and document market dynamics and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree and 7+ years of sales experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in healthcare RCM and long-term sales cycles (6+ months) preferred.
  • Ability to comprehend complex processes and think quickly.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to work independently and in teams.
  • Ability to manage conflicting priorities and varying workloads.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of work.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
