Timpte Inc. is seeking a seasoned National Sales Manager for the Aftermarket division to lead and manage all aftermarket sales for our Timpte, Thunderstone, and Lincoln Marine product offerings. This role is pivotal in driving market penetration and expanding our dealer and original equipment (OE) network. The ideal candidate will have a strategic vision for new product growth and will be responsible for developing and executing tactical and strategic activities to enhance our market share. The position requires a hands-on approach to effectively facilitate and manage national aftermarket sales, including making sales calls on existing and new customers across the nation. In this role, you will analyze national sales data to inform actions that pertain to market share and sales forecasts. You will also be responsible for developing our product catalog to be web-based, ensuring it is user-friendly and accessible. Meeting sales targets and developing special sales activities and programs to boost sales will be key responsibilities. Additionally, you will research and communicate new market opportunities and product innovations to senior management, while also gaining a comprehensive understanding of competitors' product lines. Collaboration is essential, as you will work closely with various departments to execute marketing plans and lead cross-functional teams. Furthermore, you will supervise and develop your assigned sales staff, ensuring they are equipped to meet the company's sales objectives.
