About the position

Znder Inc is seeking a dynamic and experienced National Sales Manager to lead and expand its national sales operations in the auto parts industry, specifically focusing on automotive lighting and accessories. This role is pivotal in developing strategic partnerships with major distributors and executing the company's growth strategy to enhance market penetration and revenue generation.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth through partnerships with major national distributors.
  • Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with large-scale distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Oversee and mentor the national and regional sales teams, aligning them with national sales objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including major auto parts retailers.
  • Lead efforts to expand the product portfolio across the U.S. through various sales channels.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to assess progress against goals and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Work closely with marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure alignment of sales initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Develop and manage the national sales budget, ensuring all sales activities operate within the allocated budget.
  • Provide regular training for the sales team on new products, market changes, and best sales practices.
  • Ensure all sales operations comply with industry regulations, company policies, and distributor agreements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 8+ years of experience in sales within the auto parts or automotive industry, focusing on distributor development and management.
  • Proven experience in managing and developing a high-performing sales team.
  • Deep understanding of the auto parts industry, particularly in automotive lighting and accessories.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing market share.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical skills for decision-making, forecasting, and performance tracking.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, sales management tools, and basic financial analysis.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with large-scale distribution networks and retail channels like AutoZone, O'Reilly, or NAPA.
  • Knowledge of automotive parts and trends.
  • Ability to travel nationwide to meet with distributors and manage sales teams.
