About the position

Bestbath is seeking a National Sales Manager for the Commercial Channel to lead sales efforts in the commercial design and construction market segments. This role focuses on developing and deploying sales strategies, managing a team of regional developers and inside sales staff, and ensuring effective execution of the sales cycle from lead to close. The position emphasizes collaboration across functions and requires a strong background in sales management, CRM utilization, and market analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop the outside sales team in generating specifications for Bestbath products.
  • Manage and utilize CRM to capture opportunities and create visibility to the sales funnel and pipeline.
  • Support the inside sales team in locating, tracking, and successfully bidding on specified projects.
  • Develop and deploy sales strategies, measuring and responding to strategic metrics.
  • Provide analytics and KPI reporting to the sales team and leadership.
  • Partner with the marketing team to manage lead handling and flow.
  • Engage with clients, partners, and associations within key market segments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, design, construction, or a related field.
  • 5 years leading a sales team of at least ten inside and outside sales representatives.
  • Active network of contacts in design, construction, or real estate development.
  • Experience in management and optimization of CRM systems.
  • Experience in the building products sales cycle.

Nice-to-haves

  • Knowledge of market segments critical to bathing sales, such as multi-family residential and senior living.
  • Previous experience leading sales in the residential side of commercial development.
  • Membership and active participation in a related industry association.
